四维度自我效能驱动模式在妇科肿瘤化疗病人中的应用

Application of four dimensional self-efficacy driving model in chemotherapy patients with gynecological tumor

[目的]观察四维度自我效能驱动模式在妇科肿瘤化疗病人中的应用效果。[方法]选择四维度自我效能驱动模式实施前后(2016年7月—2016年12月与2017年1月—2017年6月)于医院接受化疗的妇科恶性肿瘤病人各39例作为研究对象,实施前后入选病人分别设为对照组与观察组。对照组接受妇科肿瘤化疗常规护理,观察组在此基础上加用四维度自我效能驱动模式干预,对两组病人干预后的各观察指标进行比较。[结果]观察组病人干预后自我效能评分和积极应对方式(寻求帮助、理性思维与解决问题)评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),消极应对方式(退缩与自责、幻想)评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]采用四维度自我效能驱动模式对妇科肿瘤化疗病人施加干预,可显著提高该类病人的癌症自我效能,改善其应对方式。

Objective:To observe the application effect of four dimensional self efficacy driving model in chemotherapy patients with gynecological tumor.Methods:A total of 78 chemotherapy patients with gynecological tumor were treated with four dimensional self efficacy driving model before and after the implementation(July 2016 to December 2016,January 2017 to June 2017),and they were taken as research objects.They were divided into control group and experimental group respectively before and after the implementation(39 cases in each case).The patients in control group received routine nursing care of gynecological cancer chemotherapy,while besides that the patients in experimental group received four dimensional self efficacy driving model.The observation indexes after intervention were compared between two groups.Results:The scores of self efficacy and positive coping styles(seeking help,rational thinking and solving problems)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the scores of passive coping style(withdrawal,self blame,fantasy)were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting the four dimensional self efficacy driving model can significantly improve the self efficacy of cancer patients and improve their coping styles.
