高技术产业集群创新能力提升研究——基于知识溢出视角

Research on improvement of innovation ability of high-tech industrial clusters:based on perspective of knowledge spillover

围绕影响产业集群创新的主要因素,基于集群内部知识溢出视角,系统考察集聚度、市场化程度、开放度、社会信任度、产业多样性、科研投入、基础设施等变量对创新绩效的影响。设立7大假说,采用中国16省市5大高技术产业2013—2016年面板数据,运用FGLS对假说进行实证检验,结果表明集聚度、市场化程度、开放度、社会信任度、产业多样性、科研投入都促进集群创新绩效提升,基础设施对集群创新绩效影响不大。

Around the main factors affecting the innovation of industrial clusters,based on the perspective of knowledge spillover in cluster,the influence of variables such as the concentration,the marketing degree,the openness,the social trust,the industrial diversity,the scientific research input,the infrastructure,etc.are investigated systematically on innovation performance.7 hypotheses are proposed.The panel data from 2013 to 2016 of 5 high technology industries in 16 provinces in China are used,and the hypotheses are tested empirically with the FGLS.The results have shown that the improvement of innovation ability of high-tech industrial clusters is promoted by the concentration,the marketing degree,the openness,the social trust,the industrial diversity,and the scientific research input,while the infrastructure has little effect on the performance of cluster innovation.
