摘要
设置浮箱的人字闸门在预应力背拉杆调试过程中,门体变位在放水前后将发生改变。根据人字闸门的结构特征,将斜接柱看作近似刚体,基于相似三角形法则,得出由门体局部变位推导门体总体变位的计算公式,并分别通过直线拟合法和折线拟合法进行修正。结合工程实例,通过ANSYS有限元软件对人字闸门变形特征进行验证分析。结果表明:相似三角形法则普遍适用于人字闸门扭转变位的控制,可为水下背拉杆预应力的调试提供一种解决方案。
In the debugging process of the prestressed tie rod,the torsion deflection of miter gate that sets pontoon will change before and after the drainage.According to the structure characteristics of miter gate,it regards the diagonal pillar as approximate rigid body.Based on similar triangle law,this paper gets calculation formula of overall deflection deducted by local deflection and corrects respectively by straight and broken line fitting method.Combined with the engineering example,this paper verifies and analyzes the deformation characteristics of miter gate through ANSYS finite element software.The results show that the similar triangle law is generally applicable to miter gate’s torsion deflection control,and can provide a solution for the debugging process of the prestressed tie rod.Keywords
