摘要 在真空预压加固软土地基过程中,由于吹填过程中泥质散布和沉积的复杂性,使浅层地基加固区的排水板与泥层底部相互间的摩擦力过小,从而造成土体不夹带,引发"回带"现象。通过力学平衡计算和工程实践,采取振动法、注水法、桩靴改造法等改变排水板底部板头结构或增加负载物的措施,有效解决浅层地基加固区塑料排水板打设"回带"的现象,提高塑料排水板打设质量和效率。 In the process of vacuum preloading consolidation of soft soil foundation,because of the hydraulic fill mud spread and deposit complicatedly,drainage plate and mud layer at the bottom of the shallow foundation reinforcement area between the friction force is too small,resulting in soil entrainment,lead to“returning belt”phenomenon.Through the mechanical balance calculation and engineering practice,we take vibration,water injection and shoe transformation method to change the drainage plate bottom plate head structure or increase load measures,effectively solve the construction brought back the phenomenon of zone of plastic drainage plate shallow foundation.The measures can improve the plastic drainage plate design quality and efficiency.
