农业供给侧结构性改革改革主要内容是调整结构、提升品质、促进融合、消化库存、降低成本、补充短板,实现农业生产由"量"的需求向"质"的需求、农业发展动能由资源消耗向绿色可持续两大重大转变。推进农业供给侧结构性改革需要在农业结构调整、绿色发展理念践行、农业创新发展新动能培育、农地制度改革和农产品价格机制形成等方面进行路径设计。

The main content of structural reform of the agricultural supply side is to adjust structure,improve quality,promote integration,digest inventory,reduce cost,supplement short board,in order to realize two major changes in agricultural production,including the convention of"quantity"demand to the“quality”demand and resource consumption to green sustainable development model.The structural reform of agricultural supply side needs to carry out path design in the aspects of agricultural structure adjustment,green development concept practice,the cultivation of agricultural innovation new energy,farmland system reform and the formation of agricultural price mechanism.
