On Its Effect and Type Culture of History Major On the Background of the Popularization of Higher Education in China and the Practical Transformation Development

在高等教育大众化与转型发展背景下,德州学院历史学专业人才培养面临新的发展机遇,也遇到很大挑战,如存在着生源数量缩减、质量下降等问题。其中既有历史学专业自身的问题,也有市场经济冲击等原因。面对这些挑战,该校历史学专业实行了分类型培养等措施,与实施本科生导师制相结合,人才培养质量逐步提高,取得了预期成效,为日后的长远发展奠定了良好基础。

On the background about the popularization of higher education in China,The cultivation of professional talent in historyof Dezhou University faced new development opportunities and challenges.For example,there were problems such as shrinking number of students and declining quality.It caused by both history itself and Market economy shock.In response to these challenges,We have implemented the subtype culture and undergraduate tutorial system.The quality of talent cultivation gradually improved.It achieved the desired results andlaid a good foundation for future development.
