摘要
对某车发动机进气噪音的频谱特性,对原空气滤清器和进气管的结构进行改进与优化设计。利用有限元方法计算进气系统的传递损失,并比较改进前后的消音性能。同时,通过整车进气系统噪音试验,进一步验证改进前后进气系统的消音特性。试验结果表明,改进后的进气系统的声压级明显下降。
According to the spectrum characteristics of vehicle intake system noise,the proto type air filter and intake tube is improved.The finite element model is established by acoustic calculating software Sysnoise.Based on the finite element method(FEM),the different transmission loss characteristics of the intake tube model are analyzed.The vehicle intake system noise test show that the intake noise is obviously reduced by the improved intake tube.
