摘要
建立了某新型宽体货箱有限元模型,对其进行静刚度分析,并利用DHDAS静态信号采集分析系统对宽体货箱进行刚度试验,比对分析和试验结果,验证了有限元模型。以货箱最小质量为优化目标,部件厚度作为优化变量,建立优化模型。通过验证后的有限元模型对宽体货箱进行灵敏度分析,定义了刚度和质量综合影响程度的衡量优化指标,确定了尺寸优化的主要部件。经过优化,货箱质量降低了12.7%;弯曲刚度提高了6.05%,扭转刚度提高了1.3%。本文优化方法为货箱优化设计提供了参考价值。
Though the establishment of the container finite element modeling,this paper analyzed its static rigidity(torsional rigidity and bending stiffness)and tested of container by using DHDAS static signal acquisition and analysis system,the model result is compared with test to ensure the model is effective.This paper also took the container minimum mass as the optimization goal,the thickness of the parts is taken as the optimization variable to establish the optimization model.Through the validated finite element model,the sensitivity analysis of the container is carried out,The indexes of stiffness and quality comprehensive influence degree are defined,and the main components of the size optimization are defined.Finally,by comparison,the mass of the container is reduced by 12.7%and the char torsional rigidity is improved.The research results provide a reference for the study of static properties of container.
