摘要 对亚甲基蓝分光光度法测定水和土壤中硫化物的标准分析方法进行了对比研究,主要对比了两种方法的校准曲线、线性范围、方法检出限、精密度、准确度及加标回收率实验。研究表明,土壤分析方法在绘制校准曲线上实际操作更方便,且相关系数、线性范围均能够满足实际水样分析要求。同时,在水样预处理的过程中,NaOH作为H_2S吸收液,具有回收率高,重现性好,克服了现性方法回收率低的特点。 The paper compared the two corresponding standard analytical methods for determination of sulfide in water and soils which were based on the methylene blue spectrophotometry.We mainly compared the calibration curve,linear range,detection limit,precision,accuracy and the recovery experiments of the method.The experimental results indicated that the analytical method of soils was a simple method for drawing the calibration curve,and the linear range and correlation coefficient of the curve could meet analysis requirements of the actual water samples.At the same time,the absorption of H2S in NaOH absorbing liquid was a simple method with good reproducibility and high recovery rate in the process of water samples pretreatment,and which could overcame the characteristics of low recovery rate of the present method
