摘要 整体叶轮型面复杂,在实际加工中极易遇到干涉、过切、欠切及撞机等现象,给企业带来极大的经济损失。通过UG IS&V(Integrated Simulationand Verification)模块建立与实际加工机床完全一致的精确运动模型,用于模拟整体叶轮刀具路径及实际加工多轴数控机床切削过程,为实际加工提供重要依据。
