以1990—2016年间CNKI数据库收录的1 083篇土地流转中文核心期刊为样本数据,借助Cite Space IV可视化信息分析工具,辅之以文献计量学的研究方法,以一种多元、分时、动态的引文分析可视化语言,全景式展现我国土地流转研究的知识图谱,不难发现:科研力量分散,院校间缺乏合作,是制约土地流转研究进一步深化的瓶颈;"土地流转"本土化的研究语境,土地承包经营权的权益属性以及理论研究与实践的协同性是土地流转研究的薄弱环节;土地流转、农地流转、规模经营、土地承包经营权、现代农业是土地流转研究的热点主题;新型城镇化是土地流转研究的前沿趋势。

Since 2008,when the No.1 Document of the Central Government encouraged the production mode of a moderate scale of land operation to be developed in various forms,the study of land circulation has increased rapidly in the academic community.It is of great theoretical and practical significance in guiding China’s land circulation to tease out and summarize the status and trends of land circulation research timely.In this paper,1083 papers on land circulation from Chinese core journals included in the CNKI database from 1990 to 2016 are used as sample data,and the CiteSpaceIV visualization information analysis tool is supplemented by the bibliometrics research.In a multivariate,time-share and dynamic visual language,the citation analysis could give a panoramic view of China’s land circulation research on Knowledge Mapping.It is not difficult to find that the decentralization of scientific research and lack of cooperation between colleges and universities are the bottleneck of the further deepening of land circulation research;the localization of“land circulation”research context,the rights and interests of land contracting right,and the synergy of theoretical research and practice are the weak links of land circulation research;land circulation,agricultural land circulation,scale management,land contract management and modern agriculture are the hot topics of land circulation research;the new type of urbanization is the frontier trend of land circulation research.
