Foxm1、Gli2在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的检测Foxm1、Gli2在乳腺癌组织中的表达,探讨二者在乳腺癌发生、进展及侵袭转移中的作用,为乳腺癌的诊断及其转移评估提供参考指标。方法收集乳腺肿瘤标本106例,其中浸润性乳腺癌68例,乳腺纤维腺瘤38例。另以癌旁正常乳腺组织40例为对照。采用免疫组化法检测上述标本中的Foxm1、Gli2的表达,分析乳腺癌组织中Foxm1、Gli2阳性表达率的关系及两者与乳腺癌临床特征的关系。结果乳腺癌组织Foxm1蛋白、Gli2蛋白表达评分高于乳腺纤维腺瘤组织和正常乳腺组织(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移者的乳腺癌组织中Foxm1和Gli2的阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示,Foxm1与Gli2呈正相关(r=0.517,P<0.001)。结论Foxm1、Gli2在乳腺癌组织中均高表达,两者存在一定的相关性,可能参与了乳腺癌的发生和侵袭转移过程,因此对两者表达水平进行检测,可能对乳腺癌的诊断及是否转移的评估具有指导意义。 Objective To analyze the expression of Foxm1 and Gli2 in breast cancer tissues,and to discuss the effect of the two in the occurrence,progression,invasion and metastasis of breast cancer,so as to provide reference indexes for the diagnosis and metastasis evaluation of breast cancer.Methods 106 specimens of breast cancer were collected,including 68 cases of invasive breast cancer and 38 cases of breast fibroadenoma.A total of 40 cases of normal breast tissue beside the cancer were taken as controls.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Foxm1 and Gli2 in these specimens.Relationship between the expression of Foxm1 and Gli2 in breast cancer tissues as well as relationship between them and the clinical characteristics of breast cancer were analyzed.Results The expression levels of Foxm1 protein and Gli2 protein in breast cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in breast fibroadenoma tissues and normal breast tissues(P<0.05).The positive rates of Foxm1 and Gli2 in breast cancer tissues with lymph node metastasis were higher than those without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that Foxm1 was positively correlated with Gli2(r=0.517,P<0.001).Conclusion Foxm1 and Gli2 are highly expressed in breast cancer tissues,they have certain correlation,and may involve in the process of occurrence,invasion and metastasis of breast cancer.Therefore,the detection of expression levels of them may be of guiding significance for the diagnosis of breast cancer and the assessment of whether there is a metastasis.
