苏州市吴江区社区用房布点规划策略探究

Study on planning strategies for community housing in Wujiang District of Suzhou

国家"十三五"建设规划对城乡社区服务设施网络建设提出了新要求。作为国家治理的基层组织,社区服务体系的设施网络化变得格外重要,对其用房进行科学布点规划就成为保障社区居民生活水平、提升管理质量的有效手段。以苏州吴江区社区用房布点规划为例,从问题线索分析吴江社区用房在建设方式、规模功能、覆盖范围以及满足服务需求方面的不足,在人口规模与空间尺度等方面对社区行政边界进行优化,提出扁平化布点、差异化选址、品质化发展的社区用房布点规划策略,为社区用房建设提供参考。

The Thirteenth National Five-year Plan demands new requirement on the facility network construction of public services in both urban and rural community.As basic organizations of state governance,communities are in desperate need of networked facility systems.Scientific planning for community housing becomes an effec鄄tive way of ensuring residents爷living standard and promoting management quality.Taking the planning of the community housing in Wujiang District in Suzhou as an example,this article summarizes deficiencies in con鄄struction methods,scale,function,coverage range and satisfaction of need,optimizes the administrative communi鄄ty boundaries in terms of population and spatial scale,and puts forward concepts of flat layout,diversified sitting and high-quality development for community housing planning,which can present some reference for community housing construction.
