摘要
对江西省主要稻瘟病生理小种的致病力进行了综合分析,同时对收集的26份水稻种质进行了稻瘟病抗性鉴定。结果显示:江西省稻瘟病生理小种分为ZA、ZB、ZC、ZD、ZF、ZG共6群25个生理小种类型,稻瘟病菌群体以中等致病力菌株为主;7个水稻抗瘟基因Pi-k(C)、Pi-k、Pi-9(t)、Pi-z^5、Pi-1(1)、Pi-kp(C)和Pi-kp具有较高的抗性频率,均超过60%;26个种质对叶瘟都具有较好的抗性,但是对穗颈瘟都表现为感病,只有5个品种表现为中感;在13个产量较高且稻米外观品质较好的品种中,只有繁1405及繁1409的米质达到国家标准一级。
We comprehensively analyzed the pathogenicity of main physiological races of rice blast disease in Jiangxi province,and identified the blast resistance of collected 26 new rice germplasms.The results showed that:rice blast in Jiangxi contained 25 physiological races in 6 groups(ZA,ZB,ZC,ZD,ZF,ZG),and majority of these physiological races possessed a moderate pathogenicity;seven blast-resistant genes[Pi-k(C),Pi-k,Pi-9(t),Pi-z 5,Pi-1(1),Pi-kp(C)and Pi-k p]in rice all had a resistant frequency of more than 60%;twenty-six rice germplasms all had a stronger resistance to leaf blast,but they all were susceptible to neck blast,and only 5 varieties were moderately susceptible to neck blast;among 13 rice varieties with both higher yield and better rice appearance quality,only Fan 1405 and Fan 1409 reached the national standard grade-1 for rice quality.
