摘要
密集烘烤设备及其配套工艺已成为现代烟草农业中提升烤烟整体质量的一个重要环节和研究关注的焦点。通过梳理广东密集烤房发展历史,分析密集烤房发展现状,探讨了在区域密集烘烤技术发展过程中烤烟浓香型风格弱化、光滑烟比例显增势、密集烤房换热设备易老化等产生的原因,进而提出了密集烘烤技术的主要发展方向,为彰显浓香型烟叶风格特征提供参考。
Bulk curing-barn and its matching technology have become a research hotspot and an important link of improving the integrated quality of flue-cured tobacco in modern tobacco agriculture.According to the history and current situation of bulk curing-barn development in Guangdong,the author discussed the reasons for some existent problems in the developmental course of regional bulk curing technology,such as the weakening of strong-flavor style of flue-cured tobacco,the increasing trend of slick tobacco leaf proportion,and the easy burn-in of heat-exchange equipment in bulk curing-barn,and put forward the main developmental directions of bulk curing technology in the future,in order to provide reference for manifesting the strong-flavor style characteristics of flue-cured tobacco in Guangdong.
