乡城迁移安置小区居民生活满意度的影响因素研究

Study on Factors Affecting Life Satisfaction of Residents in Rural-urban Migration Resettlement Areas

以乡城迁移安置小区居民这个特殊群体为切入点,对影响乡城迁移安置小区居民生活满意度的因素进行了分析,发现年龄、家庭年收入、生活精彩度变化程度、房屋美观度和社会保障等变量对居民生活满意度有显著正向影响;家庭中年人数、是否保留农业用具、失眠频率的变化程度对乡城迁移安置小区居民生活满意度有显著负向影响;性别、学历、迁移前后与邻居交流的频率变化程度、环境卫生、广场绿化、基础设施、房屋建筑质量、就医状况等变量对乡城迁移安置小区居民生活满意度无显著影响。由此可知,在城镇化快速发展的当下,不仅应重视安置小区的生活质量,还应关注其居民生理心理健康质量。

The factors affecting the life satisfaction of residents in rural-urban migration resettlement areas were studied.It was found that:the age,family income,variation extent of life wonderfulness,degree of housing aesthetics and social security had a significantly positive impact on the life satisfaction of residents in rural-urban migration resettlement areas;the number of middle-aged people in family,whether to retain agricultural equipments,and change degree of insomnia frequency had a significantly negative impact on the life satisfaction of residents;the gender,educated degree,variation degree of frequency of communication with neighbors before and after the migration,environmental sanitation,square greening,infrastructure,housing construction quality,and medical status had no significant effect on the life satisfaction of residents.Therefore,under the background of rapid development of urbanization,we should pay more attentions to not only the living quality but also the physical and psychological health of residents in rural-urban migration resettlement areas.
