生长调节剂对金叶白蜡扦插生根及酶活性的影响 被引量:10

Effects of growth regulators on softwood-cutting rooting and oxidase activities during rooting of Fraxinus chinensis ‘Jinguan'

摘要 为了探讨金叶白蜡扦插生根机理,采用正交设计探讨了植物生长调节剂吲哚乙酸(IAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)和α-萘乙酸(NAA)对金叶白蜡扦插生根及生根过程中过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性的影响。结果表明:IAA、IBA和NAA处理显著提高了金叶白蜡插穗的生根率和生根数量,增强了金叶白蜡插穗POD、SOD和PPO的活性,加速了插穗生根进程;其中,T6处理(200mg/L IAA+400mg/L IBA+0mg/L NAA)的效果最好,插穗生根率、生根数量、根长分别为94.44%、14.00条、9.00cm,较对照处理分别提高了343.38%、424.34%、80.0%,不定根形成时间为28d,较对照处理缩短了14d。因此,生长调节剂能够调控金叶白蜡插穗POD、SOD和PPO活性,缩短其生根时间,提高生根率。 In order to discuss the root mechanism of the cutting in Fraxinus chinensis‘Jinguan’,the effects of plant growth regulators on the softwood-cut rooting process and relative enzyme activity including peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)as well as the polyphenol oxidase(PPO)in Fraxinus chinensis‘Jinguan’with orthogonal design were studied.The results showed that the cut rooting percentage,the number of roots and the root length were increased significantly by the treatment of IAA,IBA and NAA.The growth regulators including IAA,IBA and NAA improved the activity of POD,SOD,PPO and accelerated the rooting progress.T 6(IAA 200 mg/L+IBA 400 mg/L+0NAA mg/L)had the best effects on the cut rooting among the nine treatments.The cut rooting percentage,the root number and the root length of T 6 treatment were 94.44%,14.00 and 9.00 cm respectively.Compared with the control treatment,the cut rooting percentage,the number of roots and the root length of T 6 treatment increased by 343.38%,424.34%and 80.0%respectively.The formation time of the rootless root of T 6 treatment was 28 d,which was shortened by 14 days compared with the control treatment.It is concluded that the growth regulators can control the activity of POD,SOD and PPO,and effectively shorten the cuttings rooting time and increase the rooting rate.
