摘要
藤茶是葡萄科蛇葡萄属植物的嫩茎叶,既可以泡茶饮用,又具有很好的保健功效,具有祛瘀消肿、疏风解毒、降血压、降血糖功效,目前已作为新资源食品使用。藤茶含有丰富的多酚和黄酮类物质,尤其以黄酮类中的二氢杨梅素含量最高,被认为是藤茶保健作用的重要物质基础,相关作用与机制的研究正在开展。主要对藤茶的化学成分(黄酮类、多糖类、酚类等)、功效作用(抗氧化、抑菌、保肝、抗病毒等)及其机制进行综述,以为其综合利用及全面开发提供科学依据。
Vine tea is in the Vitaceae,Ampe1opsis section.It is the spear leaves of Ampelopsis division,it not only can be used to make tea,but also has good health benefits.It has the effect of eliminating stasis and relieving swelling,dispelling wind and detoxification,regulating serum lipid and blood g1ucose,which is being used as a new resource of food.Vine tea is rich in polyphenols and flavone,especially,the content of dihydromyricetin in flavonoids was the highest,which is believed to be the important material foundation of the health function in Vine tea,the research of its relevant function and mechanism is under way.In this paper,the chemical composition(flavonoids、polysaccharides、phenols and so on),efficacy(antioxidant、bacteriostasis、Liver protection、antivirus and so on)and mechanism of Vine tea were reviewed,so as to provide scientific basis for comprehensive exploitation and utilization of Vine tea.
