湖北省健康管理服务技能竞赛结果分析

Analysis of the health management service skills competition in Hubei Province

目的通过分析湖北省健康管理服务技能竞赛的结果,了解健康管理专业人员在理论知识、实践能力和健康知识传播方面的技能和水平。方法对理论知识笔试、技能测试、健康讲师演讲和现场知识竞答4个环节的竞赛结果进行收集整理,导入SPSS 18.0软件,对得分情况进行描述性分析,采用t检验和方差分析做分组比较,事后两两比较采用LSD检验方法。结果理论知识笔试选手平均分为56.08±12.15分,其中得分率最高的是基本公共卫生相关知识(75.94%),得分率最低的是运动指南知识(45.95%);技能测试环节平均分为66.47±10.93分,其中得分率最高的是主要健康危险因素分析(86.84%),得分率最低的是3个月团体健康促进方案制定(49.47%);健康讲师演讲环节平均分为84.32±7.36分。理论知识结果影响因素分析显示:初级职称选手与中高级职称选手之间理论知识成绩的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);民营健康管理机构选手理论知识成绩低于医疗机构、疾控机构及基层医疗机构选手,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论湖北省健康管理专业人员演讲技能整体水平良好,但存在理论知识和实践能力不均衡的问题,需要进一步提升理论水平和实践技能。

Objective To understand the skills and levels of health management professionals in theoretical knowledge,practical ability,and health knowledge dissemination,the results of health management service skills competition were analyzed.Methods The competition results of theoretical knowledge written test,skills test,health lecture speech,and knowledge contest were collected and sorted,and were imported into SPSS 18.0.Scores were analyzed by descriptive analysis.T test and variance analysis were adopted for group comparison.LSD test method was adopted for afterwards pairwise comparison.Results The average score of written contestants was 56.08±12.15,among which the basic public health related knowledge has the highest scoring rate(75.94%)while the sports guideline knowledge has the lowest scoring rate(45.95%);th e average score of skills test was 66.47±10.93,among which the main health risk factors analysis has the highest scoring rate(86.84%)while the scheme formulation of group health promotion for three months has the lowest scoring rate(49.47%);th e average score of health lecture speech was 84.32±7.36.The influencing factor analysis of theoretical knowledge showed that:difference between primary title contestants and senior title contestants has statistical significance(P<0.05);the theoretical knowledge achievements of contestants from private health management organizations were below those of contestants from medical institutions,disease control and prevention institutions,and primary health care institutions,and the differences all have statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusions The presentation skills of health management professionals in Hubei were generally good,but had unbalanced drawbacks between theoretical knowledge and practical ability.Thus,the theoretical knowledge and practical ability should be improved in the future.
