碳酸饮料对青少年C-肽的影响及与饮用指数的相关性 被引量:1

Influence of carbonated beverages on C-peptide of teenagers and its correlation with drinking index

摘要 目的分析碳酸饮料对青少年C-肽的影响及与饮用指数(Drinking Index,DI,即每日饮料的瓶数与饮用年限的乘积)的相关性。方法研究对象为269例青少年受试者,分为碳酸饮料组(142例)、非碳酸饮料组(56例)和对照组(71例),采用问卷调查法调查受试者的一般人口学特征(居住地、民族)、服用饮料、体力活动情况及高血压、糖尿病史,所有受试者均进行口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)及各项生化指标及C-肽的检测,并对数据进行统计学分析。结果 3组之间血糖、血脂、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、肌酐(Cr)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,碳酸饮料组及非碳酸饮料组的C-肽水平下降均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.01)。与非碳酸饮料组相比,碳酸饮料组的C-肽水平下降有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调整体力活动因素后,C-肽水平与饮用指数呈负相关(P<0.05)。DI>6年瓶,发生糖尿病的风险性明显增加。结论长期服用饮料对青少年的C-肽有影响,而碳酸饮料的影响更加明显。DI>6为糖尿病发病的危险因素,应据此制定相关预防和控制措施,以降低糖尿病的发病率。 Objective To analyze the correlation between drinking index(Drinking Index,DI,product of drinking amounts ever^^day and years)and C-peptide of teenagers,which was affected by Carbonated beverages.Methods The subjects investigated including 269 teenagers were divided into Carbonated beverages group(142 cases),non-Carbonated beverages group(56 cases)and control group(71 case s),the general demographic characteristics(place of residence,nationa1ity),taking beverages,physica1 activity and hypertension and diabetes were interviewed with questionnaire designed by ourselves.All the teenagers maintained the original lifestyle,and received Oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT).The various biochemical indices and C-peptide were detected in these three groups.The data were analyzed by the statistics analysis.Results In the three groups,blood glucose,blood fat,liver function,renal function had not statistical significant(P>0.05).Compared to the control group,there was statistically significant difference between decreased C-peptide level of the two groups,Carbonated beverages group and non-carbonated beverages group(P<0.01,P<0.01).Compared to the non-carbonated beverages,there was statistically significant difference between decreased C-peptide level in the Carbonated beverages group(P<0.05).The C-peptide was correlated with drinking index negatively when the physical activity was regulated(P<0.05).The risk of diabetes in the subjects with DI>6 was significantly higher than that of the other two groups.Conclusion The C-peptide of teenagers was affected by long-term consumption of carbonated beverages and noncarbonated beverages,and carbonated beverages with more pronouced impact.DI>6 bottle package-years was the risk of diabetes,the people can constitute prevention and control measures so as to reduce the incidence of diabetes.
