高原地区关节镜在膝骨关节病治疗中的应用

Application of Arthroscopy on Treatment of Knee Osteoarthropathy at High Altitude

目的探讨关节镜在膝骨关节病治疗中的应用。方法对我院7例10膝骨关节病的患者,采用关节镜微创技术治疗该病,观察其疗效。结果关节镜治疗7例膝10骨关节病患者均获成功;随访1年后膝关节功能恢复优良率达100%(10/10)结论:关节镜在对于膝骨关节病的治疗上有着创伤小,康复快,并发症少等优点,临床上适宜选择。

Objective:To investigate the application of arthroscopy on treatment of knee osteoarthropathy.Methods:Totally,7 patients with osteoarthritis were admitted and treated in our hospital as the objects of study.They were treated with arthroscopy,and the treatment results was observed.Results:All recovered and obtained successful result with the satisfactory of knee function,patients were followed up for 1 year.The ratio of recovery with favorable function was 100%.Conclusions:Arthroscopy has the advantages of small incision,quick recovery,and few complications,worth clinical promotion.
