摘要
以2-甲基萘(2-MN)为原料、H_2O_2为氧化剂,经不同酸(硫酸、氢溴酸、三氟乙酸等)催化合成2-甲基-1,4-萘醌(2-MNQ),其结构经~1H NMR和^(13)C NMR确证,其纯度经HPLC检测。对反应条件进行了优化。最佳反应条件为:20 eq.CH_3COOH为溶剂,6 eq.H_2O_2为氧化剂,在10%mol H_2SO_4催化下,于75℃反应,2-MNQ纯度95%,收率67%。
2-Methyl-1,4-naphthoquinone(2-MNQ)was synthesized by oxidation of 2-methylnaphthalene(2-MN)with H 2 O 2 catalyzed by different acids(sulfuric acid,hydrobromic acid,trifluoroacetic acid,etc.).The structure was confirmed by 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR,and the purity was detected by HPLC.The reaction conditions were optimized and the optimal reaction conditions were as followed:using acetic acid(20 eq.)as the solvent,H 2 O 2(6 eq.)as the oxidant,and H 2 SO 4(10 mol%)as the catalyst,reaction at 75℃,2-MNQ with 95%purity was achieved in the yield of 67%.
