摘要
为研究抗菌肽BSN-37的生物学功能,利用在线软件分析了抗菌肽BSN-37的生物信息学特性.结果表明:抗菌肽BSN-37有8个正电荷氨基酸,为阳离子型亲水性抗菌肽,等电点为12.48,富含脯氨酸和精氨酸,主要由β转角和无规则卷曲构成,没有信号肽、跨膜区和磷酸化位点,有多个蛋白酶切位点,存在抗原表位.根据分析结果推测抗菌肽BSN-37除膜作用机制外还有其他独特的抗菌机制.
To research the biological function of antimicrobial peptide BSN-37,tools on line were utilized to analyze some informatics feature of BSN-37.The results showed that antimicrobial peptide BSN-37,which have eight positive charge amino acids and are rich with proline and arginine,are cationic and hydrophilic antimicrobial peptide,and the isoelectric point are 12.48.BSN-37 are mainly consist of turn and coil.BSN-37 have no signal peptide,transmembrane region and phosphorylation sites.BSN-37 have several enzyme digestion sites and several epitopes.These findings suggested that antimicrobial peptides BSN-37 could kill bacteria through interaction with cell membrane and other specific mechanism.
