黄秋葵果皮与根的抗氧化活性比较 被引量:12

摘要 用体积分数为90%的乙醇溶液对黄秋葵果皮和根进行回流提取,以不同极性的溶剂进行萃取,测定提取物中总酚、总黄酮的含量及抗氧化活性.结果表明:黄秋葵果皮和根的EA层萃取物中,总酚含量分别为55.411、45.845 mg没食子酸/g,总黄酮含量分别为12.293、12.177 mg槲皮素/g,对应的DPPH自由基清除能力的EC50值分别为164.02、96.67μg/m L.还原能力测定结果表明,黄秋葵果皮和根在质量浓度1 000μg/m L时吸光度达到最大值,分别为0.328和0.156.相比较来说黄秋葵果皮具有更好的抗氧化活性. The peel and roots of Abelmoschus esculentus were extracted with 90%ethanol solution by volume fraction and extracted with different polar solvents.The contents of total phenols,total flavonoids and antioxidant activity of the extracts were determined.The results showed that the content of the EA layer extract of the peel and root of the A.esculentus hed 55.411 mg gallic acid/g,45.845 mg gallic acid/g,total flavonoid content of 12.293 mg quercetin/g,12.177 mg quercetin/g,the corresponding DPPH free radical scavenging capacity had an EC50 of 164.02μg/mL and 96.67μg/mL.The results of the determination of the reduction ability showed that the maximum absorbance at the mass concentration of 1 000μg/mL was 0.328 and 0.156.In contrast,A.esculentus peel has better antioxidant activity.
