外控倾向与求知进取学习动机的关系:生源类型与自我满意水平的调节作用 被引量:3

The Relationship between Locus of Control and Seeking-knowledge and Initiative Learning Motivation: The Regulating Effect of the Sources of Students and Self-satisfaction

摘要 为探讨自主招生和统招生两种不同生源类型的学生的自我满意水平在外控倾向与求知进取学习动机关系之间的调节作用,采用学习动机量表、心理内-外控制源量表(ANSIE)和田纳西自我概念问卷(TSCS)对336名自主招生学生和266名统招生大学生进行测量。结果显示:(1)自招生在求知进取学习动机、自我满意水平上均显著高于统招生,而在外控倾向上低于统招生;(2)外控倾向与求知进取学习动机呈现显著负相关;(3)自我满意水平在外控倾向与求知进取学习动机之间起调节作用;(4)生源类型对自我满意的调节作用有显著的调节效应。 This study aims to explore the regulating effect of self satisfaction of college students of independent recruitment and unified recruitment on their external locus of control and seeking knowledge and initiative learning motivation.336 college students of independent recruitment and 266 students of unified recruitment were surveyed using the Learning Motivation Scale,the Adult Nowicki Strickland Internal External Control Scale(ANSIE),and the Tennessee Self Concept Scale(TSCS).Results show that:(1)the seeking knowledge and initiative learning motivation and self satisfaction level of the independent recruitment group are significantly higher than those of the unified recruitment group,while the external locus of control is lower;(2)the external locus of control and seeking knowledge and initiative learning motivation have a significant negative correlation;(3)self satisfaction plays a regulating role in external locus of control and seeking knowledge and initiative learning motivation;(4)the enrollment type has significant regulating effects on regulation of self satisfaction level.
