摘要
本文在明晰应用型高校内涵和质量价值取向的基础上,分析了高校在向应用型转变发展中的主要环节,包括发展目标定位明确应用性导向、学科专业建设与区域协调发展、人才培养过程以培养应用型人才为核心、内部质量管理侧重应用性标准评价、应用型人才培养需加强实践教学、科学研究侧重于服务地方经济社会发展。基于CIPP模型,本文构建了适用于应用型高校的教育质量评价指标体系,以期为地方高校转型发展提供思路和导向。
By clarifying the concept of applied higher education institutions and the values of educational quality,this study analyzes the main aspects of university development in the transformation,including applied-oriented objectives of university development,the coordination of discipline construction and regional development,the training of applied-type talents,the emphasis of applied-oriented standards in the internal quality management,the strengthening of practical teaching and the emphasis of research serving for regional development.Based on the CIPP model,this study develops an evaluation indicator system for applied higher education institutions,in order to provide a guideline for local higher education institutions in their transformation development.
