摘要
我国高新区近年来建设成绩斐然,在新的形势下肩负着新的责任与使命。针对很多高新区机制体制不够完善,在"三次创业"中发展后劲不足,发展面临新的挑战等问题,拟通过对济南高新区体制机制改革的主要做法进行研究,以期为我国高新区理顺机制体制提供借鉴。
The construction of China's hi-tech zones has reached great achievements in recent years,it faces the new responsibility and missions under the new situation.Due to the imperfect mechanism system,a lot of hi-tech zones have insuffi cient strength for development and are confronted with new challenges.This paper aims to study the main ways of institutional reform of Ji'nan hitech zone,in order to provide useful reference for China's Hi-tech Zones to straighten out the mechanism and system.
