摘要
针对3种不同类型金矿石,采用生物选金剂代替丁铵黑药进行浮选试验,对比生物选金剂和常规药剂对金矿石的浮选效果。结果表明:在生物选金剂与丁基黄药配合使用的协同作用下,可降低浮选精矿产率,有效提高精矿金品位和回收率,精矿金品位比使用常规药剂相对提高20%~50%,金回收率提高1%~4%。生物选金剂因其高效、环保、选择性好、捕收能力强且成本低,具有很大的发展空间。
In this paper,a biological gold extraction reagent is selected to substitute ammonium dibutyldithiophosphate for the flotation of 3 gold-bearing ores,and its performance with respect to the traditional flotation reagents is investigated.The results show that the gold concentrate grade is improved by 20%-50%,its recovery rate is increased by 1%-4%,the production rate of flotation concentrates is reduced and the concentrate grade and recovery rate are improved,when biological gold extraction agent is used in conjunction with potassium O-ethyl dithiocarbonate.The biological gold extraction agent is efficient,environmental-friendly,selective,strong in collecting and low in cost,marking its great marketing potential.
