电感耦合等离子体质谱法快速测定银精矿中的铊 被引量:2

摘要 行业标准银精矿化学分析方法中未包含铊的检测方法,实验建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法快速测定银精矿中铊的方法。考察了样品消解方法、同位素和内标元素的选择、共存元素干扰等因素对测定结果的影响。在最佳实验条件下,该方法的检出限为0.011 4 ng/m L,测定结果的相对标准偏差在2.0%以内,加入标准物质回收率为104.5%~92.0%。与传统ICP-AES法测定结果吻合,但该方法不需要富集等繁琐的前处理过程,具有检出限低、快速,精密度和准确度高等优点。 Since industry standards don t include detection method for thallium in silver concentrates,a method for determination of thallium in silver concentrates was established by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry in this paper.The effect of some interfering factors,such as dissolution method,selection of isotcpes and internal standard elements and interference of coexisting elements on the thallium determination were explored.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the limit of detection was 0.011 4 ng/mL and the recovery of reference substance was from 104.5%to 92.0%.Compared to ICP-AES,the established method did not require tedious process of enrichment,but had consistent results and the advantages of low detection limit,besides it is fast,precise and accurate.
