摘要
研究了一种新型的碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)汽车件成型工艺方法。该工艺对汽车件成型过程中的材料性能、工艺参数等进行系统及模块化研究,开发精密成形设备,实现CFRP汽车件精密成形质量控制及低成本、高效率生产自动化智能制造。
A new type of CFRP(carbon fiber composite material)automobile parts molding process is studied.The process of automotive parts molding process material properties,process parameters and other systematic and modular research,the development of precision forming equipment,to achieve carbon fiber composite automotive parts precision forming quality control and low-cost,high-efficiency automated production of intelligent manufacturing.
