摘要
采用OLGA2000软件对天然气掺凝析油混输海底管道进行清管过程模拟,分析清管过程中运行参数的瞬态变化规律。结果表明,海底管道清管速度为3.7~5.3m/s,清管时间为20278s,清管后海底管道恢复到原来稳定状态的时间为88356s;在清管最后512s内海底管道终端流型为段塞流,当清管球前面的段塞到达终端时,通过终端的液体流量急剧上升,具有清管过程最大值,给段塞流捕集器造成巨大冲击,需要采取行之有效的段塞流防治措施。
A simulation of the pigging process in submarine multiphase pipeline natural gas mixed with condensate oil has been conducted by means of OLGA2000 software,in order to analysis transient change rules of operating parameters during pigging operation.The results show that the pigging speed is 3.7~5.3m/s,the pigging time is 20278s,the time that the submarine pipeline revert to the original stable state is 88356s;the submarine pipeline flow pattern is slugging in the last 512s during pigging operation,when the slug in front of pig reaches submarine pipeline terminal,the liquid flow rate through submarine pipeline terminal sharp rise,which peaked during pigging operation,make a huge impact to slug catcher,it needs take effective slugging precaution.
