This paper mainly introduces a bulging outer casing packer,It is mainly involved in the field of oil production.It directly extruded the rubber cylinder to make the cylinder radial expansion.It can be applied to various irregular walls.To avoid glue tube bursting phenomenon to the annulus between the casing and the effective seal,has the characteristics of simple structure and convenient.
