摘要
运用HyperXtrude数值模拟软件,分别对11种不同分流孔深度的模具模拟,分析了平面分流组合模分流孔深度对铝型材挤出成型的影响。通过对模拟结果分析,得出了分流孔深度的最优值。本文为模具结构参数的选择提供参考。
Applying HyperXtrude numerical simulation software,eleven dies with different depth of portholes are simulated,moreover,the impact on the depth of portholes on aluminum profile extrusion process by porthole dies are analyzed.The simulation results shows that the optimum value of the length of portholes are derived,providing reference for the selection of die structure parameters.
