提高超稠油井掺液效率

摘要 随着超稠油的开发,由最初的电热杆井筒加热进高架罐拉油,然后是地面管中管伴热,到目前是掺油水降黏生产。掺油水的合理使用是超稠油生产的关键。曙光采油厂地处北方寒冷地区,冬季室外温度较低。通过研究掺油水的散热机理,改变掺液工艺,最终提高掺液效率。 with the development of super heavy oil,The oil is heated by the initial heating rod shaft into the overhead tank.The oil is heated by the original electric heating rod,and then the tube in the ground pipe is hot,and it is now mixed with oil and water to reduce the viscosity.The rational use of oil and water is the key to the production of super heavy oil.The dawning oil production plant is located in the cold area in the north,and the winter outdoor temperature is low.By studying the heat dissipation mechanism of oil and water,the process of mixing liquid is changed,and the efficiency of mixing liquid is finally improved.
