摘要
随着井下油水分离技术在海上油井的应用,井下水力旋流器的设计选型成为关键。海上油井产液量大,需要匹配适合于高处理流量的水力旋流器,但关于高处理流量旋流器的设计的理论模型尚不完善,且缺乏相关的经验模型,本文将介绍高处理流量水力旋流器的数值模拟方法,包括网格划分方案、计算模型选取、迭代收敛准则、后处理方法等。并且介绍了数值模拟在井下多级旋流器配置方案设计、结构参数优化、分流比分配等方面的应用。研究结论表明,数值模拟结果可以为高处理流量旋流器设计提供有效依据,为井下油水分离技术在海上油井的应用打下基础。
With the application of oil-water separation technology in offshore oil wells,the design and selection of hydrocyclone is the key factor.However,the theoretical model for the design of high-throughput hydrocyclone is not perfect and the relevant empirical models are lacking.This article will introduce the concept of high-throughput Hydrocyclone numerical simulation methods,including meshing scheme,calculation model selection,iterative convergence criteria,post-processing methods.The application of numerical simulation in the design of multi-stage cyclone configuration scheme,structural parameter optimization,distribution of split ratio,and prediction of separation efficiency are also introduced.The results show that the numerical simulation results can provide an effective basis for the design of high-throughput flow cyclone and lay a foundation for the application of oil-water separation technology in offshore oil wells.
