南海FPSO临时替代复产概念方案研究

Concept Study on FPSO temporary replecement production recovery located in South China Sea

浮式生产储油轮(FPSO)是海上油田的关键设施,在FPSO发生重大故障或者进坞维修时油田将面临巨大的停产损失。为了保证油田产量,寻求替代FPSO进行临时替代复产是主要的解决途径。本文将临时替代复产作为一种特殊的海洋工程进行研究,针对其工程特点,结合临时替代复产期间油田的不同状况,同时通过对替代FPSO资源的调研分析,针对两种典型的FPSO资源进行了临时替代复产的分析研究,提出了多项临时复产概念方案。

FPSO is the key unit of the offshore field.When the FPSO has serially breakdown or need to go to dry dock,it means the field will get huge loss.So looking for another FPSO to temperary recover the production is the major solution to such condition.Using another FPSO to replace the original FPSO for temperary production recover is kind of special offshore engineering,basing the different condition of fields during temperary recovery period,also consider the research of potential optional FPSO resource,this paper do the study of temperary recovery base on 2 typical FPSO resource,and finally offer serveral concept plan for temperary recovery.
