摘要
采用正交试验方法研究各因素对两级转轮除湿空调系统送风温度、除湿量和制冷量的影响。试验条件为新风温度27~33℃,新风相对湿度50%~70%,再生风入口55~75℃,再生风相对湿度9%,冷热水泵的变频器设置为50 Hz。结果表明:各因素对送风温度影响主次排序为:新风入口相对湿度>新风入口温度>再生风入口温度。各因素对除湿量影响主次排序为:新风入口温度>新风入口相对湿度>再生风入口温度。各因素对制冷量影响主次排序为:新风入口温度>再生风入口温度>新风入口相对湿度。
The effects of various factors on the air supply temperature and the cooling capacity of the two stage rotary desiccant air conditioning system were studied by the orthogonal experiment method.Experimental conditions is thatfresh air temperature value:27~33,air relative humidity value:50%~70%,regeneration air temperature of 55~75℃,regeneration air relative humidity:9%,inverter cold hot water pump set to 50 Hz.Results show,the effect of various factors on the air supply temperature is that relative humidity of fresh air inlet>fresh air inlet temperature>regeneration temperature,the effect of various factors on dehumidification capacity is that fresh air inlet temperature>relative humidity of fresh air inlet>regeneration temperature,the effect of various factors on the cooling capacity is that fresh air inlet temperature>regeneration temperature>relative humidity of fresh air inlet.
