Design of City Video Surveillance and Analysis System

针对某市治安防控的基本需要,设计了服务于治安管理的视频监控系统的基本框架,划分了系统的基本组成,划分了系统的组织架构,完成了主要视频监控点的实地勘察和布点设计,结合当地情况完成了视频监控信息传输、存储和应用等方面的基本设计,在此基础上给出视频监控系统的设计方案。

Aiming to the basic needs of public security in a city,a framework of the video surveillance system for the security control was designed.The composition and architecture was proposed.The design and site survey of video surveillance points were also finished.The information transmission,storage and application mode were designed based on the local situation,and the final scheme of video surveillance was proposed.
