笔者介绍了计算机机房计费管理系统、服务器端程序、数据库的开发过程及相关技术,以及程序系统和数据库的集成技术。通过编写计算机应用程序,与数据库技术结合应用,实现计算机机房计费管理、统计、查询等信息化管理。其中包括系统总体设计、管理员部分设计、用户管理部分设计等内容,以及数据库的安全管理部分的内容。
