摘要
空间高能粒子的辐射造成星载板卡单粒子翻转,进而改变板卡中的数据、代码,因此,星载软件对可靠性的要求非常高。笔者分析软件需求、设计、测试可靠性技术和多核处理芯片硬件架构,设计了一种高可靠、多核并行处理的星载信号处理软件架构,并基于典型的信号处理流程在C6678芯片平台上进行了验证,实现了星载信号处理软件的可靠性。
Single event effect will be happened because of radiation of energetic particle,change the data and code in the computer,so the requirement of onboard software for reliability is very high.The author analyzes reliability technology of software requirements,design,test and hardware architecture of multi core chip,designs reliable software architecture of signal processing base on C6678 chip,and realizes the reliability of reinforcement of onboard system software.
