计算机软件工程项目管理研究

随着信息技术的发展,计算机应用愈加广泛,计算机软件工程项目比重增加,因计算机软件工程开发复杂、涉及面广、风险大,计算机软件工程项目管理逐渐被重视。笔者通过介绍计算机软件工程项目管理的相关概念,分析计算机软件项目管理实施过程中遇到的问题,提出计算机软件工程项目管理的对策。

With the development of information technology,computer is widely used,the proportion of computer software engineering projects increases.Due to the complexity of computer software engineering,wide range and risk,the management of computer software engineering project is gradually taken seriously.The author introduces the related concepts of computer software engineering project management,analyzes the problems encountered in the implementation process of computer software project management,and puts forward the countermeasures of computer software engineering project management.
