摘要
21世纪是互联网时代,信息封闭的供应链管理早已无法满足复杂多变的目前的要求,并且那种单一的链条式结构使得顾客和企业之间的联系变得困难。所以,笔者对以互联网技术为手段的电商环境下的供应链进行了阐述。然而电子商务包含的运作模式众多,难以一一阐述,因此,以B2C电商环境下的供应链管理为重点进行分析。同时分别介绍了常见的两个供应链管理结构模型,并由此引出本文的重点:B2C电商环境下的供应链结构模型。在电商环境下的供应链结构模型基础上,结合电商环境下的供应链管理模式和B2C运作流程,更加能突出说明顾客与商家的关系。得到模型后,利用AHP层次分析法,对该模型进行分析,使得整个模型更加清晰明了。
Twenty-first century is the world of the Internet,the information enclosed of SCM has been unable to meet the complex and changeable present.The single chain structure makes the connection between the customer and the business difficult.So the author explains the problem of supply chain and describes the SCM under the Internet technology as a means of e-commerce.However,the operation mode of electronic commerce is numerous so that it is difficult to be described one by one.So we focus on analyzing SCM in B2C environment.that is supply chain management under the B2C environment has more far-reaching impact,characteristics and a greater advantage.At the same time,this page respectively introduces two common SCM structure models and thus leads to the focus of this article that is supply chain management structure model based on B2C e-commerce environment.Under the supply chain structure model based on the electronic commerce environment,the combination of supply chain mode under electronic commerce environment and B2C operation process is more able to highlight the relationship between customers and businesses.After the model is produced,this paper analyzes the structure model by AHP(analytic hierarchy process)and makes the model clearer.
