摘要
为了解决偏远地区抄表数据采集质量差、成本高、实时化低等问题,笔者提出了一种基于北斗系统的抄表采集系统。本抄表采集系统利用北斗系统短报文通信技术,确保偏远地区的通信无盲区,成本低廉;本抄表采集系统实现了北斗传输协议和电力集抄协议规约自动转换,满足电力信息传输实时化业务需求;本抄表采集系统提出了一种北斗长报文传输协议,确保满足大数据业务需求。
The remote meter reading data communication problems in terms of high cost,high difficulty and real-time are solved by Beidou satellite system-based meter reading data transmission in this paper.Utilizing the short message of Beidou,the remote meter reading data communications can avoid communication blind district and high cost.The Beidou transmission protocol and power meters collecting protocol can automatic switching to realize real-time power information business requirements.To satisfy the big data business requirements,a kind of Beidou long message transmission protocol are also proposed in this paper.
