摘要
内河航道传统过闸调度管理手续繁琐,严重影响船舶通航效率。笔者引入物联网技术,结合计算机及软件技术,以技术手段来取代人工排队,从而解决船闸通航效率低下、现场工作人员安排不合理等问题,有效提升船闸服务质量。同时可以监控和预计船舶流量,实时掌握通航情况,提供有用管理信息,优化资源组合,提高通航效率,是社会发展的必然趋势。
Inland waterway traditional gate control management program is cumbersome,seriously affects the ship navigation efficiency.The author introduces the combination of Internet of Things technology and computer software technology,replacing the artificial queuing with new technology,solves the problem of low navigation efficiency and improper arrangement of on-site staff,and effectively improves the shipper's service quality.At the same time,it can monitor and predict the ship flow,and master the navigation situation in real time,provide useful management information,optimize the portfolio of resources,improve navigation efficiency,is the inevitable trend of social development.
