摘要
笔者通过实证分析,在研究高职学生学习动机的基础上,将专业教学与职业生涯教育、学习心理教育相结合,使之相互作用,构建起能激发、维持个体兴趣的学习活动,并使之朝向一定的目标努力,以期为高职学生的学习心理与行为实施相应的教育教学管理提供决策参考和工作指导。
The author through empirical analysis,based on the research of learning motivation of higher vocational students,combines the professional education with occupation career education,learning psychology education,and builds learning activities that can stimulate and maintain individual interest,makes it work towards a certain goal,in order to provide corresponding reference and guidance work for the implementation of education and teaching management of higher vocational students'learning psychology and the behavior.
