摘要 指纹比对技术是刑事侦查技术中最重要的技术,但受限于库容和算力、所建系统的算法特性等因素,导致案件大量积压,无法得到及时有效的处理。过去几年新兴技术的发展使得处理大数据的能力大大增强。尤为突出的技术包括计算机视觉领域的深度学习技术、图像复原和编码领域的稀疏编码和自适应小波框架技术,而在信息系统中分布式计算和存储等领域也涌现出一大批新技术。这些技术结合大数据,已深刻影响了图像视觉领域很多重要应用的解决方案,也为解决大库容指纹识别问题提供了技术支持。 Fingerprint comparison is a key technology in criminal investigations.But due to constraints of storage and calculation capacities,there is usually a huge backlog of cases in local police stations that can not be dealt with in time.Technological progress in the past few years gives boost to data processing capabilities,in particular the technologies of deep learning,image restoration in computer-aid visual effect,and sparse coding and self-adapting wavelet framework in coding.New technologies of distributed computing and storage have also surfaced in the field of information system,which,when combined with big data,have revolutionized multiple applications in the field of visual effect,and provided key technology reserves for solving the problem of fingerprint recognition under large storage capacities.
