HTL院办公大楼综合技防管理系统的研究

Research on Integrated Technical Management System of HTL Office Building

HTL院作为一级安保单位,参照《国家科技工业安全防范工程技术要求》《科工安密(2012)967号》等国标、行标相关规定,建设一套综合技防管理系统。结合实堪中确定的建设细节,就本系统提出"四层防护,层层联动,人技结合,全面防卫"的建设思路简述如下。第一层:周界围栏及红外对射,如周界有报警会自动触发声光报警器,给入侵者以警告,同时监控中心会有警音及大屏画面提示。第二层:大楼院内周边布设11个高清云台球机监控点,摄像机具备自动跟踪功能,同时可设置多个预置点和巡视轨迹,实现大楼周边无缝隙监控。第三层:大楼门厅、非机密办公室安装、完善门禁系统。同时双鉴探测器可根据工作时间和区域情况灵活设置,报警发生时及时提醒工作人员,在电子地图上显示发生入侵的区域。

HTL courtyard as a level 1 security unit,with reference to the national science and technology industrial safety engineering technical requirements,the science of safety and secrecy(2012)No.967 national standard,the relevant provisions,such as the construction of an integrated person management system.Combining with the reality as identified in the construction details,for the purpose of this system is put forward“four protective layer,layer upon layer,people skills,comprehensive defense”construction train of thought,the paper is as follows,the first layer:perimeter fence and the infrared correlation,such as perimeter alarm automatically trigger the sound and light alarm,and to the intruder to warn,at the same time the police monitoring center will have a sound and prompt screen picture.The third layer:the inside of the building is set up 11 high definition cloud billiards machine monitoring points,the camera has automatic tracking function,at the same time can be set up multiple preset point and patrol path,realize seamless monitoring around the building.The third layer:building hallway,unclassified office installation,perfect the entrance guard system.Also double as a detector can be set up according to the flexible working hours and regional situation,alarm occurs in a timely manner to remind staff,invasion in electronic map display area.
