摘要
笔者首先介绍了Xilinx公司的Zynq-7000系列全可编程片上系统,了解其微处理器加可编程逻辑的结构特征,并根据控制应用需求,进行了以Zynq-7000为核心的最小系统设计工作,分析了Zynq SOC启动加载流程。该设计解决了在未使用DDR3外设情况下,通过更改ARM初始化文件,利用FPGA内部的OCM实现Zynq-7000应用系统固化、加载引导及运行。通过测试运行,结果表明该最小系统达到了预期的设计目标。
In this paper,Xilinx's Zynq-7000 series of all programmable Soc have been introduced to readers.It is important to help readers to understand the structural characteristics of its microprocessor and programmable logic.Based on the control application requirements,a Zynq-7000 system with a smallest hardware is designed for the work,and the Zynq SOC boot load process is discussed.The paper also solves the problem that Zynq-7000 application system booting and operation without using the DDR3 peripherals by changing the ARM initialization file,so as to run in the internal OCM of the FPGA.After the fully test,the results show that the designed system have been reached the desired design goals.
