《教育信息化"十三五"规划》为新时期教育信息化提出了新的发展目标,以教育信息化带动教育现代化,使高职教育迎来了发展契机。针对办学理念滞后、管理模式不完善、缺乏创新性等问题,必须坚持"服务全局、融合创新、深化应用、完善机制"的信息化原则,以顺应"互联网+教育"背景下职业教育的变革与转型,形成创新性、特色化、信息化的办学风格,摆脱原有的体制机制束缚,实现高职教育的跨越式发展。

“The 13th Five-Year Plan of Educational Informatization”puts forward new development goals for educational informationization in the new period,and promotes the modernization of education by education information,which brings the development opportunity of higher vocational education.It is necessary to adhere to the principle of informatization of"serving the whole situation,integrating innovation,deepening application and perfecting mechanism",aiming at the problems such as lagging behind the concept of running school,imperfect management mode and lack of innovation,in order to meet the the change and the reform of vocational education under Internet+education background,form innovative,characteristic,informative school style,get rid of the original institutional mechanisms of shackles,to achieve the development of higher vocational education by leaps and bounds.
