The employment problem of college graduates has aroused widespread concern in society,which also brings great pressure to the employment management of college graduates.Therefore,it is very important to predict the employment tendency of college graduates for college employment management department.Through the method of data mining,the detailed analysis of the employment rate of college students can provide more accurate data support for the employment guidance work in colleges and universities,and give more targeted guidance for students'future employment and career choice.The author mainly discusses the prediction of the employment trend of college students based on data mining.
